Accept approval

Review your approved submission and shipping instructions. Reply by email or in your order’s response thread to agree on terms or ask questions before shipping.

Pack & ship

Ship only after staff approval and follow the approved packing guidance.

Required: place one packing slip inside every box before sealing.

After quote approval, add your carrier and tracking within two business days.

On an approved upfront order, add tracking first, then wait for staff to record the manual payment before handing the package to the carrier.
