Shipping Guidelines
Pack securely, include a slip in every box, and ship only after approval. Based in Corbin, KY, 2nd Life Cards buys Pokemon bulk cards from collectors nationwide through approved mail-in submissions.
Before you ship
Receiving address for approved shipments:
2nd Life Cards
222 American Greeting Card Rd
Corbin, KY 40701
Up to 7,200 cards per box
16 stacks of 450 cards
A packing target, not a guaranteed fit. Never force cards or bulge the box; check current USPS weight and normal-closure limits.
Prepare the Box
Use an undamaged USPS Large Flat Rate box. Tape the bottom securely with heavy-duty packing tape.
Start with the taped box; do not add a full-bottom liner for the 7,200-card method.
Pack
English, Near-Mint, authentic Pokémon cards only. Remove individual sleeves and keep buylist categories separate.
Pack stacks snugly without bending cards. Fill remaining gaps with packing peanuts or crumpled paper to prevent shifting.
EX/V: use sealed bags of 50–100 unsleeved cards, separate from ordinary bulk, with protective padding.
Seal & Include the Slip
Reinforce the entire outside with heavy-duty tape, especially the glued corner, seams and edges. H-tape the top and bottom.
Required: place one packing slip inside every box before sealing. Print from your signed-in order or approved submission status. Printing does not authorize shipping.
Print a packing slip showing your full order or submission reference and put one copy inside every box. With a marker, write the last four characters of that same reference on the outside of every box, away from the shipping label and barcode. This is not your carrier tracking number.
Keep the label and barcode readable; do not tape over the barcode.
Ship & Add Tracking
After approval, add your carrier and tracking within two business days in Selling submissions in My Orders.
Approved upfront orders: add tracking first, then wait for staff to record manual PayPal Goods & Services payment before carrier handoff.

Additional shipping details
Take USPS Flat Rate boxes to USPS or arrange a USPS pickup. For other packaging, use the carrier agreed in your shipping instructions.
Print one slip per box, check your identifying details, and place it on top of the protected cards. Keep contact and PayPal details inside, not on the shipping label.
For an older guest submission, sign in and claim it from your private status link before adding tracking. Never share that link.
Include your submission reference and keep your shipping receipt. Tracking does not guarantee faster verification or payment.
Payment details
For an already-approved upfront order, we send payment within 48 hours of your tracking upload. Otherwise, we send payment within 2 days after your cards are verified. Delivery alone does not mean your cards are verified.
Pallet / LTL / FTL freight
Pallet/LTL shipments, including 300,000+ cards, are accepted. Contact staff before booking or shipping to confirm packing, delivery and receiving details.
Pallet packing requirements
Use a standard 40x48 GMA Grade A or B pallet with no broken boards; line it with a cardboard slip sheet.
Stack boxes in an interlocking brick pattern. Column stacking is forbidden; no boxes may overhang the pallet.
Use corner boards (V-board) on all four corners.
Stretch wrap from the base wood upward with at least three layers so the load is tight and unified.
Apply "Do Not Double Stack" cones to the top.
High-volume rates & partnerships
For 500,000+ cards or seller partnerships, contact staff about special rates and current terms. Discounts and bonus payouts are not automatic.
